Capital QBs was founded in June 2011 by 8-time champion Head Coach Ron Raymond. His work is direct, specific, and built on more than 30 years around the quarterback position in Ottawa.

Coach Raymond has helped develop hundreds of amateur and university quarterbacks and players since starting the school. He teaches the position as a complete responsibility: mechanics, preparation, communication, and decisions.
His recent defensive coordinator experience gives quarterbacks a useful second lens. They learn how defenses attack, diagnose pressure, and recognize coverage disguises—so the work connects to what happens after the snap.
